Hello and good afternoon, I hope everyone is having a great day and exam week. I just wanted to remind everyone to make sure you have a copy or your physical ready to hand me prior to workouts. You may bring those to me at anytime. You must have a current physical to participate in any sport activities. We will begin workouts once we have completed our exams and graduation. Should you have any questions, please contact me or stop by my room 625, Old Cafeteria.
